Lose 20 Pounds The Easy Way!

Liquid Diet aka Superfast Weight Loss. A liquid diet does not include all the nutrition vital for optimal bodily functioning which is why it is used by patients, particularly those who are awaiting surgical procedure in which the bladder or stomach need to be emptied before, to successfully complete the desired operation. As a young girl, I undertook to go on my first 'liquid diet' it saw me lose 12 pounds in about two weeks. I combined the liquid diet (which was in fact the highly acclaimed fat buster, 'cabbage soup diet') with daily exercise of 40 minutes per day, 20 minutes was fast paced walking around my neighborhood, while the other twenty minutes were 2 sessions, one morning and one noon of exercises to tone up the arms, legs and thighs. I did not have dumb-bells, so I improvised with bricks. I ate the cabbage soup thrice per day, with wholewheat toast and abstained from caffeine and any refined foods. ”A clear liquid diet is often used before tests, procedures or surgeries that require no food in your stomach or intestines, such as before colonoscopy. It may also be recommended as a short-term diet if you have certain digestive problems, such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, or after certain types of surgery.” A liquid diet assists a person in staying sufficiently hydrated, and also provides the recommended percentage of sodium and potassium which are essential daily electrolytes. The liquid diet therefore produces some energy during a period of convalescence or when a full diet is impossible due to injury or not deemed medically fit at the time. Here is more or less what a liquid diet consists of; Breakfast: 250ml fruit juice 250ml rooibos tea (no milk) 250ml cabbage soup 1 bowl jelly (no custard) Snack: 250ml qpple juice 1 bowl jelly (no custard) Lunch: 250ml apple juice 250ml water 250ml chicken soup 1 bowl jelly (no custard) Snack: 1 frozen dessert 250ml coffee or tea (no milk) Dinner: 250ml apple juice or water 250ml cabbage soup 250ml jelly (no custard 250ml rooibos te)a (no milk) I did not however abstain all solids, I munched on sticks of carrot and ate plenty apples, though you can do raw food juicing with carrot and apple instead. Carrots are used by people treating themselves for cancer, it is an effective toxin eliminator due to the alkalinity of the root. Apple juicing is also known as a beneficial diet on its own, though as I have juiced these before, carrot has a strong vegetable taste, if you mix the two juices together it taste more pleasant or you may dilute with Rooibos tea. Apples provide a perfect source of antioxidants that eliminate sluggishness, provide vitamins and minerals necessary for detoxification which is key to weight loss, thus perfect for you to include in your liquid diet.
